Butler’s Cedar Shakes Corinth, Maine
You might purchase a piece of wood at my store but the story of how it got there is worth learning and savoring.
This week my partner, Ryan Holland, and I went on a journey to meet and reconnect with craftsmen and craftswomen, carpenters, mills, entrepreneurs and madmen throughout the state of Maine.
We were reminded of something we already knew and took for granted. It’s the people that make a product. When you get to meet the people and see where they are from and where they work you appreciate the product that much more.
